May 14th Monochrome Meeting

Note the proposed trip to Bilbao will not be taking place.

Also, be aware of the change in content to the planned Monochrome meeting on 14th May. Below is what we will now be doing at this meeting-

First Half

Examples of "competition style" images to be discussed. The group will have the chance to examine what kind of prints are likely to do well in competitions, versus, those that will probably be awarded less marks.

High scoring examples of prints from previous competitions will be shown.

Second Half

Members to present printed (A4 or A5) work for discussion.

Very enjoyable night, thanks Colin.
I loved the legs photo, but for me the one I loved was the underneath a subway, if they had got rid of that guy it would have left a huge space which left me waiting for the tram to arrive, I could almost sense the atmosphere of what life was like below this huge structure.
