Help!

I’m working on an AV for my Dad using PTE. For part of, it I'm using the theme tune to Benny Hill with very fast transitions between images to suit the speed of the music. It works pretty well when I'm playing it on the small screen within PTE but, as soon as I use the preview mode, the images can't keep up with the music. I've tried converting to an exe file but that doesn't help. Any ideas?

Jill I’m no expert on this subject but I would think there is a sync issue with the image speeds and the audio, I know stating the obvious! It’s a bit like revving the car in first gear the engine makes lots of noise but you don’t go very fast. My granddaughter does a lot of work on iMovie without any issues

Thanks Brian. My computer did an update yesterday - hence my late arrival at the Zoom meeting - and the speed has since improved considerably.

Late to this one, but I've seen occasional lag and stutter type issues in PTE in preview mode, they have never been present in the final file.
