I prefer the monochrome version but its' a bit grey Kim. I reckon it would make a muddy print, especially as a screen will make it look more contrasty than it is.

I submit my offering herewith - punched up with selective darkening of the brights...

I struggled a bit with keeping the highlights ---- Must stop editing on my laptop---screen angle difference makes a lot of difference.

So did I, especially with the jpeg, but I used a levels adjustment to lift the contrast, then painted out some of the adjustment on the associated mask, to hold them back.

Yet another version, more exaggerated, water held back, sky vignetted, contrast upped. You may/may not like. Perhaps a smidgeon off the right?

Better than the first flatter image and the bit off the right works but to me no real advantage.
